Parade Girls!

Recently I was in the 23rd of July Parade! It was so fun! Only a few flaws, the heat, the heat, and the heat! By the end I was so hot I had the biggest headache ever! And I lost my voice from yelling so loudly.... But that was my fault, not the sun's fault. :D Anyways, here are a few pictures....

Thoughts of the day

Just some random thoughts I've had all day and I that I thought I'd share. :)

If the sky is the limit, then what is space, over the limit? 

Are children who act in "R" rated movies allowed to see them? 

Can you make a candle out of earwax?

When french people swear do they say pardon my English?

Aren't the "good things come to those who wait" just the leftovers from the people who got there first?

If the SWAT team breaks down your door do they have to replace it later?

Can a fire truck park in the fire lane?

Can it be cloudy and foggy at the same time?

"Cute as a button" is that supposed to be a compliment? Since when are buttons cute?

Can you breath out of your mouth and nose at the same time?

If an athiest has to go to court, do they make him swear on the bible?

Why is it illegal to park in the handicapped parking space, but its ok to use a handicapped toilet?

In the song, "She'll be coming round the mountain," who is she?

How come some people say, "it's colder then hell outside" when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Why is it that if something says, "Do not eat," on the packaging, it becomes extra tempting to eat?

Why are people so scared of mice, yet love Mickey Mouse?

Wouldn't it be smart to make the sticky stuff on envelopes taste like chocolate?

Yesterday I went to my first cheer practice!  What's not to love?

I got hit in the arm really hard while at practice! What's not to love?

I had to run around the school in cheer shorts! What's not to love?

For those of you that don't know yet... I am officially a cheerleader at Millcreek Jr. High! My only question now is, how do I do all this? I still have softball, track, and my job at Lagoon... now I add this? I must be super woman! 

Tired. That's all I've felt for the last few weeks.

Books! Something a girl can never have enough of!

In the past three months I have read over 30books. I think it's safe to say I'm addicted ;) Here are nine of the better ones:

Wherever Nina Lies, by Lynn Wiengarten 

This book is about a girl that lost her sister, and two years later she finally decides to go figure out what happened. She goes on a crazy road trip through the country to find out what happened to her loved Nina. This book is amazing! I would suggest it to anyone that loves scary and sad stories. 

Harry Potter 1-7, by J.K. Rowling 

These are hands down the most amazing and awesome books ever! I could read them over and over! Well, I have read them over and over... Many times... I am absolutely in love with them! If you haven't read them yet, you are not American. If you have, you MUST agree with me! Well, you don't have to agree with me, but I think you should. :D

Just seventeen words: This book is so fun, I love books about spies because spies are so dark and secretive!

WOW :) HYPER GIRLS!

So today, at ten-thirty, Cori decided that she should throw old clementines at Rachel Redd and me. She was with her friend Sara. We started throwing them back... I know what you're thinking... Bad idea... oh well ;) We started getting REALLY HYPER and laughing while we pelted each-other with oranges. After a while, one of the oranges broke, and it splattered on the window... not very much, but still some... so we got another one and used those until they broke... then we realized that we broke eight oranges, and decided to stop... But it was worth it! Love you four! :D Have a great day with this stuck in your heads!

Finally!

Ok everyone, today I realized I procrastinate... way too often! So I just had to do 2 assignments for math, a he-uge powerpoint on "The History of Ketchup," study for 3 tests in history, science and english, and finish my reading for my book club!! Wow. I didn't realize that teachers push you very hard! Oh! And I shoud be practicing my flute but I'm on the computer instead! Hehe! I'm horrible! Bye for now!

Today, out of the blue, my parents told me that I could buy an iTouch!! so I went right out and bought one. And I have to say that these small contraptions are the most technologically amazing doo-dads I have ever used!!! haha I just sounded like my Grandparents for a second!
